Good Customer Service along with transparency are important to Vardis. We are constantly reviewing our policies to ensure best practice and work hard to get it right. We think we are getting there....but don't take our word for it. Every job that goes out is accompanied by a Customer Service questionnaire which must be filled out and returned to Vardis.
